“ I was so pleasantly surprised by Bitterroot—everything was delicious, super cute, and the service was great! The burger is absolutely AMAZING, closely followed by the BLT served on a buttery croissant. Don’t skip the arancini with pesto aioli—seriously, a must-order. The drinks were crafted perfectly, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the whole vibe was adorable (love the green chairs and marble tables!). I’m genuinely impressed Destin has a spot of this caliber. Go try it! ”

“ Our meal at Bitteroot was spectacular. This gem of a restaurant is tucked away at the end of a shopping plaza. The menu is not huge which I believe allows the chef to truly focus on every element of his dishes. They were all spectacular! Our appetizer and entrees were as beautiful as they were delicious. The bar serves unique craft cocktails as well as having an extensive menu of spirits and fine wine. Our server was very attentive. This is not a restaurant for the budget minded but instead it is a unique dining experience. We will definitely be back. ”
“ Our group ordered, wagyu burger, birria tacos, crispy salmon, and chicken verde soup. Everything was amazing. Burger was moist and flavorful with crispy shoestring fries (added side of garlic aioli) which took it over the top. Tacos were crispy and better than TX tacos(not greasy and meat was so tender). Salmon very moist and full of flavor, came with cauliflower mashed potatoes that were out very yummy! Drinks on point. Service great! ”
“ My husband and I were in town just for a night and needed to grab something to eat really quickly. While we were in the car, I looked up restaurants near the area and saw that bitter Root got 7.4 stars so we decided to try it. What a great idea! Bitter was wonderful from the moment we walked in to when we left our server was Gilgamesh and he was excellent! He explained every delicious dish, had a pleasant personality and made sure that he attended to our every need. The menu was daunting only because there were so many beautiful dishes I wanted, but I ended up getting the tacos. They were so delicious, I ordered another order of them.! we will definitely return. Bitterroot is tucked away so it’s a little hard to find but well worth the trip. The atmosphere is very intimate and nice. ”

“ Phenomenal experience! When you first walk in the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We decided to sit at the bar since there were reservations for the other tables, it was a Saturday evening. Our server/ bartender Sarah was terrific, she was incredibly knowledgeable on the specials for the night (they change everyday). I decided to go with the Chicken Cojita and my date went with the Wagyu Burger. Both dishes tasted great but if I’m totally honest I wish I switched plates with my date haha. Nonetheless it was a great dinner. I also got a cocktail called The Poppy, very delicious. Overall it was a wonderful experience. ”
